Nitrile O-ring

Nitrile rubber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile (ACN) and butadiene. The performance of nitrile rubber mainly depends on the ACN composition (generally accounts for 18% -50%), and ACN content higher than 50% has a strong Resistance to mineral oil and fuel oil. But its elasticity at low temperature, compression deformation rate becomes worse. The formula with higher butadiene (such as 78%) has good low temperature resistance. But it also sacrifices oil resistance at high temperatures.

Nitrile rubber o-rings has good oil resistance and good mechanical properties.
